Our opinion about International Harvester 383

motor medium power, diesel engine, large displacement, typical drive unit, performs well if we compare costs and capabilities, 3 cylinders, perfectly matched Rated RPM engine operation, lighting rather typical, PTO plus, brake without power, fairly light, necessarily on a large farm and certainly not on difficult terrain, quite long, bulky, traditional 2 wheel drive, no synchronization in a box, average number of gears forward as a model similar class, backward rather average
