Our opinion about International Harvester W-400

big powerful engine, falls well if we compare costs and performance, four cylinders (classic), rated engine speed quite low, starter 6V, 6V, lighting rather typical, very good PTO, brake without power, disc, rather heaviest should not be, a rather large and rather long, wide stance, 2WD, lack of synchronization gears, average number of gears forward as a model similar class, a lot of gear in the back
