Our opinion about Shibaura P21F rather weak engine, diesel, remember, however, that 3 cylinders are always lower engine operating culture, lighting rather typical, none BAS, traditional 2 wheel drive, lack of synchronization gears, a large number of forward gears, racing in the back of very limited AGRIster |
