Our opinion about International Harvester 423

motor is not strong enough, diesel, large displacement, unit average although effective, guarantees a good balance between performance and cost, falls well if we compare costs and performance, remember, however, that 3 cylinders are always lower engine operating culture, perfectly matched the rated speed, lighting rather typical, PTO with very good specifications, brake without power, a rather large and rather long, traditional 2 wheel drive, lack of synchronization gears, average number of gears forward as a model similar class, average number of gears back
